Lansinoh® TheraPearl® 3-in-1 Breast Therapy packs have been uniquely designed by Lansinoh® to be used either hot or cold to give advanced relief for a number of conditions associated with breastfeeding, and can even be used with a breast pump. Flexible and reusable, Lansinoh's® 3-in-1 Breast Therapy packs have soft covers that can be slipped comfortably inside your bra to relieve any discomfort that can be caused by some conditions associated with breastfeeding. BPA, BPS and latex free, they are also shaped to fit around a breast pump to encourage let down and promote faster milk flow. TheraPearl® 3-in-1 Breast Therapy packs can be used warm to provide relief for plugged ducts and mastitis. Use while expressing breastmilk as the heat encourages milk flow which means less time pumping the breast. Use the pack cold to relieve symptoms of engorgement. Pack contents: 2 TheraPearl® Pads and 2 soft fabric sleeves. How to use: To use Cold: Freeze pack for at least 4 hours before use. Place the frozen pack into the sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional. To use Warm: Place the pack inside the microwave, lying flat, for the time indicated below: 16 seconds at 1250 watts, 19 seconds at 1000 watts or 25 seconds at 700 watts. Gently massage the warm pack to evenly distribute heat as indicated by the pearls. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Always test your warm pack's temperature prior to use. Place the pack into the sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional. How to clean: After each use, thoroughly clean the pack with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed. Allow to air dry completely prior to use. CAUTION: For external use only. Use only as directed. Always test pack temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep using pack. Keep out of reach of children. For extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, contact your physician. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents. Made in China.
