If on antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis or antifungals for thrush, take daily alongside them for the duration of the course, and continue for at least 3 months after treatment has ended. This supplement is ideal for girls and women over 12 years, and is suitable in pregnancy, and menopause. During antibiotics or antifungals treatment, take 2 capsules daily, preferably 2 hours apart from treatment.
