About Gisela Graham
Gisela Graham London is one of Europe's leading design companies for seasonal decorations and gifts, founded in 1983 by the woman affectionately known as the 'Queen of Christmas'. What began at Gisela's dining table with stock stored in her garage has grown into an international brand sold across all five continents. The first collection debuted at the Harrogate trade show in 1983, and Gisela Graham has exhibited there every year since. The iconic 'Thingamy' box—a display case showcasing handmade treasures—became an early signature piece. By 1987, the company had secured a position as a main Christmas supplier for prestigious Liberty London, cementing its reputation for quality design. A Central London showroom became the brand's trademark venue for showcasing collections in the 1990s. The showroom attracted famous clientele, including Cher, who visited in the mid-90s to order Christmas and Halloween decorations. In 1993, year-round home and gift collections launched, allowing customers to enjoy Gisela's distinctive style throughout the seasons. Product sourcing expanded to include factories in Poland and Romania known for exceptional craftsmanship. Gisela received the Honorary Achievement Award at The Greats in 2013, recognising her contribution to shaping the Home & Gift industry. The company remains family-owned, with Gisela's son becoming Chairman in 2022. After celebrating their 40th anniversary, Gisela Graham continues going from strength to strength as a beloved British homeware institution.
