The brand pioneered the healthy biscuit segment in Spain, creating the country's first wholemeal biscuit in 1979 and the first biscuit made with vegetable oils in 1986. Today, Gullón is the undisputed leader in Spain's healthy biscuit market, offering products that meet modern dietary needs without compromising on taste. The UK product range includes traditional breakfast biscuits like María and Tostada, alongside comprehensive health-focused options. Their Digestive range features classic, 33% less fat, organic oat and fruit, and sugar-free Zero varieties. Many products are vegetarian, palm-free, high in fibre, and made without artificial colours or preservatives. Beyond digestives, Gullón produces wholemeal biscuits, fibre-rich options, low-calorie varieties, organic lines, cholesterol-free products, chocolate biscuits, wafers, sandwich biscuits, and cookies. The UK is one of their key export markets alongside Italy, France, and the USA. With €20 million investment planned for 2025-2026 in warehouse capacity and new production lines, Gullón continues to strengthen its position as a European biscuit powerhouse focused on healthier eating options.
