About Nip And Fab
Nip+Fab is a British skincare brand founded by Maria Hatzistefanis, the Greek-born entrepreneur behind luxury brand Rodial. After founding Rodial in 1999 with £20,000 of her own savings (following redundancy from her banking job at Solomon Brothers), Maria launched Nip+Fab over a decade later to bring results-driven formulations to the high street at accessible prices. Nip+Fab launched exclusively with Boots and was targeted at Gen Z consumers. The brand was one of the first to bring glycolic acid to the UK high street at a time when ingredient-led skincare was a new concept. The bestselling Glycolic Fix range includes the famous Glycolic Fix Pads, which help exfoliate, smooth texture, reduce pore appearance, and combat fine lines and wrinkles. A defining moment came when Kylie Jenner discovered Nip+Fab on Instagram, leading to a collaboration with Kylie becoming the face of the brand. Her love for Dragon's Blood Fix Serum and Glycolic Fix Pads introduced Nip+Fab to consumers worldwide. The Dragon's Blood Fix range contains sap from the Croton Lechleri tree, which acts as a 'second-skin' protective shield, combined with hyaluronic acid for intense hydration—ideal for sensitive, dehydrated or redness-prone skin. Maria Hatzistefanis owns both Rodial and Nip+Fab 100% to this day with no outside funding or investment. The business turned over $32 million in 2023, with products sold through 20,000 doors across 35 countries including Saks Fifth Avenue, Space NK, Harrods and Boots. Key ranges include Glycolic Fix, Dragon's Blood Fix, Teen Skin Fix (for younger skin), Vitamin C Fix, Retinol Fix, and Salicylic Fix.
