About Ohh Deer
Ohh Deer is a vibrant UK greeting cards and stationery company founded in Loughborough in 2011 by Jamie Mitchell and Mark Callaby. What began as an illustration blog in 2010 quickly grew into one of Britain's most beloved brands for quirky, artistic, and fun greeting cards. The LGBTQ+ run business started in Jamie's grandparents' attic before launching their website in November 2011. After their first trade show at Spring Fair, the company took off, growing to a team of over 40 passionate creatives. Today, Ohh Deer commissions work from over 35 exceptional illustrators, creating a collective platform for creatives to reach card-buyers across the UK. Sustainability is woven into the brand's values. All gift wrap is made from 100% recycled paper, and products never use more than 30% foil elements to ensure they remain 100% recyclable. Where glitter is used, it's always biodegradable. The company recycles all paper-based waste daily, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility. Ohh Deer also gives back through charitable partnerships, helping to plant over 150,000 trees with Treeaid and donating thousands of greeting cards to organizations. They've supported causes including the DEC Ukraine Appeal and SARI. UK shoppers can find Ohh Deer birthday cards at Tesco and Morrisons, with Grocefully helping you compare prices on these beautifully illustrated greetings.
