This requires specific, time-consuming steps from cacao growers to ensure quality and food safety. The product range spans multiple cacao percentages: 100% Cacao (sugar-free for purists), 72% Cacao (sweetened with coconut sugar, enriched with live bio-cultures), 90% Cacao, and innovative Oat M'lk alternatives with half the carbon emissions of regular milk chocolate. All products are organic, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from refined sugar, using only natural plant-based ingredients.
