About Dimes
Dimes stands as Turkey's largest and most respected fruit juice producer, founded in 1958 by Mustafa Vasfi Diren in Tokat, in the heart of Anatolia. What began in the founder's own garden has grown into an industry giant, pioneering mass fruit juice production in Turkey and now exporting authentic Turkish fruit nectars to over 100 countries worldwide. The company's philosophy remains rooted in its founder's guiding principle: "We do not produce fruit juice that we wouldn't let our children drink, we do not process the fruit that we wouldn't put on our table." This commitment to quality has driven Dimes through key milestones—establishing Turkey's first domestically-produced fruit juice facility in 1963, introducing automatic filling in 1975, and expanding into milk production by 1994. Today, Dimes cultivates 250,000 fruit seedlings annually, selecting only the finest fruit for their range of juices, smoothies, and nectars with fruit content ranging from 25% to 99%. Their impressive 225,000 m² production facility holds the capacity to manufacture 300,000 tonnes of fruit juice, 100,000 tonnes of UHT milk products, and process 100,000 tonnes of fruit each year. UK shoppers can discover authentic Turkish fruit flavours through Dimes products at Asda, including their popular Peach and Sour Cherry Nectars. These traditional recipes bring the taste of Anatolian orchards to British tables, offering a refreshing alternative to mainstream juice brands with genuine Turkish fruit expertise.
