Everleaf is an award-winning British non-alcoholic aperitif brand launched in January 2019 by Paul Mathew, a former conservation biologist turned bartender. Drawing on his upbringing with a botanist father at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and years working for Fauna & Flora International, Mathew created a unique synthesis of conservation science and mixology.
