About Rosebud Preserves
Rosebud Preserves is a beloved British artisan preserve maker founded by Elspeth Biltoft in January 1989. Working from two converted 19th-century barns at Rosebud Farm near Masham in North Yorkshire, with open views overlooking a pretty valley at the east end of Wensleydale, the company crafts approximately sixty different preserves using traditional methods. The range includes sumptuous jams thick with fruit, bold marmalades alive with the tang of citrus, deep and rich chutneys, vibrant relishes, translucent jewel-like jellies, and mustards. Signature products include the award-winning Seville Orange Marmalade, Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam, Lemon & Ginger Marmalade, and Apricot & Vanilla Jam. Rosebud sources ingredients locally and nationally: rhubarb from the famous Yorkshire Triangle, damsons from the Lyth Valley in Cumbria, Bramley apples from Kent, and fresh herbs from Yorkshire. Small-batch production using generous quantities of ingredients and unrefined cane sugar ensures bright freshness that emulates the best of home cooking. The company has also collaborated with Masons of Yorkshire for a Satsuma and Gin Marmalade. Grocefully helps you compare Rosebud Preserves prices across UK retailers including Ocado and Liberty London.
