Founded in 2009 by Brian and Leanne Crowther in Shropshire, the company began when Brian, then a stay-at-home dad, started baking with his young daughters and shared his creations at local farmers markets and food festivals. What started in a garden shed has grown into one of the UK's leading meringue producers, now creating over one million meringues every day. All Flower & White products are handcrafted using the finest ingredients and slow-baked to a traditional Swiss recipe. This careful process ensures every meringue is naturally gluten-free, low fat, and suitable for vegetarians, with each treat under 100 calories. The Flower & White range includes their signature melt-in-the-mouth meringue bars coated in premium Belgian chocolate, giant meringue Clouds, and bite-sized Meringue Kisses. Popular flavours span Raspberry Crumble, Salted Caramel, Lemon Meringue, and chocolate varieties.
