About Joseph Joseph
Joseph Joseph is a British houseware manufacturer founded in 2003 by twin brothers Richard and Antony Joseph, known for design-led products that make everyday tasks simpler and more efficient. The brothers grew up in a family with a long history of design and manufacturing—their grandfather founded a glass component factory in Birmingham where they worked during summers. Antony studied product design at Central Saint Martins while Richard studied industrial design at Loughborough and business at Cambridge. Richard worked as a design engineer at Dyson before co-founding Joseph Joseph. Their first product was a glass chopping board, funded with £10,000 worth of stock from their father's factory. Everything is still designed in London, using a formula that marries good sense with ingenuity. The signature Nest™ collection exemplifies the brand's space-saving philosophy—stackable mixing bowls, chopping boards, storage containers and utensils that nest together for compact storage. The range includes Nest Chop (colour-coded chopping boards with knife-friendly surfaces), Nest Lock (stackable food containers), Nest Bake (stackable cake tins), and intelligent waste solutions including the Totem and Totem Pop bins. From humble beginnings, Joseph Joseph has grown into an award-winning international brand sold in over 100 countries, with offices in London, New York, Paris, Düsseldorf, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Products are stocked at John Lewis, Lakeland, Selfridges, Amazon and major UK supermarkets.
