About Tom Parker Creamery
Tom Parker Creamery continues a dairy legacy that began in Hampshire in 1921 when Tom Parker started farming with just 14 cows, delivering milk locally by horse and cart. Today, the Somerset-based creamery delivers the same commitment to quality—using only fresh milk from free-range, grass-fed cows from British family farms. The range includes fresh whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, double cream, and innovative products like the nostalgic Unhomogenised Whole Milk with "cream top" (launched 2025), Bedtime Milk infused with botanicals for better sleep, and "The Guv'nor" ready-to-drink iced coffee range honouring the founder. Now run by Tom Parker's great-grandson, the creamery sources milk from within 90 miles of their Somerset base, supporting West Country farmers and reducing food miles.
