Using 48 different apple varieties grown without chemicals, pesticides, or artificial fertilisers, the brand champions regenerative farming and biodiversity. The vinegar is raw, unpasteurised, and unfiltered, containing 'The Mother' - strands of gut-friendly probiotic bacteria that form naturally during traditional fermentation.
