About Belvoir
Belvoir Farm is a British premium soft drinks company established in 1984 by Lord and Lady John Manners in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire. What started with Mary Manners' elderflower cordial recipe made in her home kitchen has grown into the UK's fastest growing premium cordial brand, named 2022 Soft Drinks Brand of the Year by The Grocer Gold Awards. The company began when overripe strawberries from the pick-your-own fruit farm were pressed into juice, combined with Mary Manners' elderflower cordial recipe that had been made at home for over 50 years. Initially selling just 88 cases (1,056 bottles) to local food stores, Belvoir now produces nearly 20,000 bottles an hour - almost 30 million bottles annually - from their state-of-the-art bottling plant in Leicestershire. Belvoir Farm's 60-acre organic elderflower plantation is the largest in the UK. Each year, the local community helps hand-pick elderflowers from fields and wild hedgerows, alongside partners in Hungary who specialise in picking elderflowers in National Parks. The original elderflower cordial recipe remains unchanged since 1984. The product range includes cordials, sparkling pressés, and the Delicious & Light range with stevia. Key flavours include Elderflower (the original), Elderflower and Rose, Raspberry Lemonade (with 7% pressed lemon juice and 4% raspberry juice), and traditional Ginger Beer made with cooked ginger and pressed ginger juice. All products use 100% natural ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners. Belvoir Farm has received 21 Great Taste awards in the last ten years alone. Products are sold across the UK and exported worldwide, still owned and run by the Manners family from their Leicestershire farm.
