About Brioche Pasquier
Brioche Pasquier is the UK's leading brioche brand, part of a French family bakery business founded in 1936. Gabriel Pasquier started a small village bakery in Les Cerqueux, France, earning a reputation for exceptional brioche before passing the business to his sons. The company incorporated in 1974 and now controls 40% of the French industrial pastry bread market. The brand entered the UK market in 2001, initially stocking products in supermarkets like Somerfield and Safeway. Committed to the British market, Brioche Pasquier built a world-class manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes in 2014, with production lines operational from 2015. UK revenue reached $85.4 million in 2025, reflecting strong consumer demand for their authentic French bakery products. The product range spans traditional viennoiseries including brioche, pains au lait, pains au chocolat, and croissants au beurre. The PITCH range offers individually wrapped chocolate-filled brioche perfect for lunchboxes and on-the-go snacking. Premium pâtisserie lines include macarons, tartelettes, and éclairs, while savoury options feature mini toast, croutons, and tartines. All recipes follow Gabriel Pasquier's traditional methods using their own levain (sourdough starter) and are free from artificial colours, flavours, and hydrogenated fats. With over 3,000 employees worldwide, 18 production facilities, and €700 million global turnover, Brioche Pasquier combines artisan heritage with modern manufacturing excellence.
