About Pilsan
Pilsan is Turkey's leading toy manufacturer with a rich history dating back to 1940 when founder Yakup Çetinalp began making tin soldiers in a small 40m² workshop. The Pilsan brand was established in 1980, and by 1990 the company made its first export. In 1994, Pilsan created Turkey's first battery-powered children's car. Today, Pilsan claims to operate Europe's biggest toy factory since 2015, with facilities spanning 160,000 sqm total land area and 71,000 sqm indoor production space. Using injection, blow molding, and rotational molding techniques with over 85 machines, the company manufactures approximately 400 different products across 15 product segments. The product range includes battery-powered cars, pedal cars, swinging toys, bicycles, trucks, baby equipment (under the Babyway trademark), park and garden groups, intelligence games, educational toys like drawing boards, and summer toys. All products are designed to support children's mental and physical development, not just entertainment. Pilsan exports 40% of production to more than 70 countries worldwide including the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Brazil, and throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company maintains an environmental-friendly, innovative, and modern manufacturing approach. The family business has been passed through generations, with founder's son Hasan Faruk Çetinalp joining at age six and growing the company into Turkey's most established toy manufacturer, touching the lives of children worldwide.
