About Purely Organic
Purely Organic is the UK's first national organic egg brand, part of the Noble Foods family. Launched in September 2018, the brand has quickly established itself as a leader in the organic egg sector, capturing 11% of the total UK organic egg market. All Purely Organic eggs are 100% free range and organic, with nature at the heart of everything they do. The brand made history by becoming the UK's first egg brand to be certified carbon neutral by The Carbon Trust, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability that goes beyond animal welfare. Their farms across Britain maintain the highest organic standards, with land that has been chemical-free for at least two years—no insecticides, pesticides, or fertilisers are used. Purely Organic hens live in small flocks on certified organic farms where they can forage freely amongst fruit trees and wildflowers. The hens eat organic feed without any genetically-modified ingredients and can supplement their diet with naturally foraged fruit, insects, and bugs. There are no routine antibiotics, and welfare is prioritised over production pressure. The brand's eggs come from producers inspected to RSPCA welfare standards through their independently certified farm assurance scheme. The eggs are sourced from a collection of six farms, including Towcester Farm—one of the original free range farms in the UK that started producing for Sainsbury's in the early 1980s. This heritage of quality and care continues today, with Purely Organic available at major UK supermarkets including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, and through Amazon UK delivery.
