About Roses
Rose's is a historic British brand founded in 1865 by Lauchlan Rose, creating the world's first commercially produced fruit concentrate in 1867. Originally developed to help prevent scurvy among sailors, Rose's Lime Juice Cordial became an iconic British product. The range today includes the classic Lime Juice Cordial - essential for mixing the perfect gimlet cocktail and adding citrus brightness to drinks - and Lemon & Lime Fine Cut Marmalade for a zesty twist on the traditional breakfast spread. The brand's journey saw acquisition by Schweppes in 1957, then Cadbury-Schweppes, with the cordial now manufactured and distributed by Coca-Cola while the marmalade is produced by Hain Celestial Group. The product retains its Royal Warrant heritage. Available at Morrisons, Ocado, Tesco, and supermarkets nationwide, Rose's continues to deliver the distinctive lime flavour that has been a British kitchen staple for over 150 years.
